Digital Double Head Mitre Saw (Frontal) with 500mm dia., TCT saw blades, horizontal & vertical Pneumatic clamps, Hydro-pneumatic feed, Profile middle support, High precision head positioning by servo motor, auto angle change with 45, and 90degree options, max. cut length 3800mm.
Features and Functionality:-
The SDA-20 Digital Double Head Mitre Saw comes with the following features:
- Cuts PVC & Aluminium profile at 45°-90° automatically and intermediate degrees by means of manual setting.
- Profile Cutting Capacity at 90 degrees is 183x250mm in curvature orientation.
- Profile Cutting Capacity at 45 degrees Is 183x180mm in curvature orientation.
- The left head of the machine is fixed and the right head moves on the basis of bearing mounted on precise LM shafts.
- Precision positioning by means of planetary gear coupled with servo motor with the help of rack & pinion driven transition system.
- Ethernet enabled touch HMI with PLC for various operating modes.
- Software assisted cutting operations like minimum cut and extended cut for a range between 350mm to 6000mm, additionally cleat cut mode is available.
- Hydro-pneumatic feeding with coolant mist spray system for cutting of aluminium sections.
- 2200 mm right head conveyor support along with automatically activated middle support for profile to avoid inaccuracies due to profile sagging.
- Easily adjustable blade cutting speed.
