Single Head Seamless V Welding Machine/150mm (WSS-S6V)
150mm Single Head Seamless V Welding is designed to produce corner, variable angle joints in window and door profiles. It can do both 2mm (Normal) &.2mm (Seamless) welding, it can do both 90 degrees well as V welding.
Features and Functionality:-
- This machine can do welding up-to a height of 155mm with standard welding burn-off as 6mm.
- Utilizes support plates which are adoptable to both magnetic as well as T nut mounted welding blocks to allow quick removal and refitting. All movements are made with smooth linear bearings and hardened steel shafts.
- LM guide ways along with bearings gives free movements to heater plate for precisely aligned hassle-free welding. The mounting is designed in a user-friendly manner, having long life span.
- The full size V heater supports double corner welding simultaneously.
- The V head clamps are operated with dual supported LM bearing and Guide ways to avoid unevenness in V noses.
- Adjustable knifes are provided to switch between 2mm (Normal) & .2mm (Seamless) welding.
- Designed to be easy to use and simple to maintain. Safety clamp, two hand control and individual presser regulator for each head clamps.
