• Screwing Center aligning with profile by means of a hand wheel which enable the profile stand to move forward and backward.
• Provision for taking out trapped screw by means of pneumatic actuation.
• Screwing is carried out by geared servo motor with precise torque control which eliminates the chances of failure.
• Multiple electrical and electronics protection is given to protects system from voltage overload and related power faults.
• Supported Screw dimensions: 3,5 - 4,2 body diameter, 6,3 - 8,1 mm head diameter, 15 - 40 mm length.
