Digital Double Head Mitre Saw (Frontal) with 350mm dia., TCT saw blades, vertical Pneumatic clamps, Hydro-pneumatic feed, Profile middle support, High precision head positioning by geared servo motor, fixed angle of 45-degree, max. Cut length 3000mm.Suitable for cutting of multiple solar sections with cutting span upto 350mm in 45mm height.
Features and Functionality:-
- Cuts Aluminium Solar profile at 45° automatically with simultaneous cutting of 6 or more profiles with the help of adjustable clamps.
- Profile Cutting Capacity at 45 degrees Is 60x400mm in curvature orientation.
- The left head of the machine is fixed and the right head moves on the basis of bearing mounted on precise LM shafts.
- Precision positioning by means of planetary gear coupled with servo motor with the help of rack & pinion driven transition system.
- Ethernet enabled touch HMI with PLC for various operating modes.
- Hydro-pneumatic feeding with coolant mist spray system for cutting of aluminium sections.
- 2200 mm right head conveyor support along with automatically activated middle support for profile to avoid inaccuracies due to profile sagging.
- The machine is best suited for solar profiles with high production demand as the blade comes out up to 400 mm.
