• The machine is standard equipped with completed bearing and measuring conveyors of 2500 mm which is operated digitally by PLC Touch screen.
• The servo-controlled positioning with planetary gears provides precise cutting with higher positional accuracy.
• Portable Digital scale with RF data transfer allows operators to send data of cut length of beads to machine within 50 meters without any hassle.
• The digital scale comes with a standard-length of 2400 mm which is lighter in weight as well. Length measuring and transferring to machine is user friendly and easy.
• Two bead pieces can be cut during a single cycle. The universal setting enables to cut all kind of beads without the need to change blocks.
• Suitable for fast cutting of 45-degree mitred beads only.
• Automatically trims the back leg (trailing edge) of the bead for seamless glass fitting.
• Two fixed, opposed blade motors on the mobile carriage set at 45° to the workpiece support surface in “X” configuration.
• 4 cutting saw blades HSS (High Speed Steel) with trailing edge cutting by small blades.
• 4 sets of Vertical pneumatic clamping system with specially designed flexible clamp pads to avoid inaccuracy due to slippage.
• 6 positions rotary stop to allow cutting of all kind of beads with the need for any manual setting.
• Adjustable cutting speed with regulator on control panel.
