The HPM-7/-16 ST Solar Aluminium frame profile Hydraulic Punching Machine comes with the following features:

• Large Base for each Punch allows punching of bigger profile sections with larger punches.
• The machine has a modular design which enables us to add multiple stations up-to 17 stations for simultaneous punching of all kind of solar applications.
• Heavy Duty high-capacity Hydraulic Cylinder can generate a punching force of 3/5 Tons for each Post/Station, the machine is operated by foot padel with minimalistic settings.
• Specialised Guides to sustain work load during punching of heavier aluminium Sections.
• Any number of Punches can be selected from the available series of Taalin Library however if required any new series punch can provided on demand.
• All heads can operate separately or together depending of the application. All head are mounted on a LM guide base so that distance between each punch can be adjusted easily.
• All punch tools can be adjusted laterally by a hand wheel with the help of a screw rod which make tool alignment super easy and quick.
• All heads have separate pressure control unit and break unit for easier maintenance of the heads.
